Cancellation & Return Policy

If you wish to cancel your gift order, you may do so via email at customerservice@thesweetbonbon.com or by phone at 1.866.683.3885 within 6 hours of placing your order to avoid any cancellation fees.

Orders which are not cancelled within 6 hours are subject to a non-refundable handling fee equivalent to 20% of the order.

Orders, which have left our facility with our carrier or are en route with our driver cannot be cancelled due to health and safety reasons. Due to the perishable nature of our gifts, returns are not permitted by federal and provincial food regulations.

Cancellation of monthly club memberships are subject to cancellation fees in the amount of 20% based on the remaining months.


RETURNS DUE TO OUR ERROR

  • Returns for incorrect gift items received may be returned without penalty. Your return shipping fees will be waived.
  • When we receive your return, our office will inspect the item and issue a replacement or issue a refund.



RETURNS DUE TO AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • Please ensure that the delivery information for your gift recipient is accurate and complete. Be sure to include unit numbers, apartment numbers, company names (if applicable), buzzer codes for apartment units, etc.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the delivery of a gift order and may incur additional charges. If additional charges are incurred to successfully deliver an order, the purchaser will be charged for these additional fees.
  • If a parcel is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, the purchaser will be contacted and given the option to reship the parcel to an alternate delivery address or cancel the gift order. Please note that return shipping fees will be applied by our carrier to return the parcel to our facility.
  • If the purchaser wishes to cancel the order, return shipping fees and a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of the order will apply.
  • Please note our complete satisfaction guarantee is not applicable to orders for which we have been provided incorrect or inaccurate information.



RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGES

  • All orders are inspected by Quality Controllers prior to shipping from our facility. If your parcel appears damaged, opened or tampered with, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we may file a claim with our carrier and issue a replacement or refund.



REFUND POLICY

  • You may expect your refund within 4-6 business days from the date of cancellation or return. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment unless you wish to have an internal credit. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a copy of the transaction details via email.
